Redpod is published every Friday, and each week two businesspeople will join me to discuss life, business and everything.

In the first programme my guests were Jonathan Elvidge (founder Gadget Shop and Red5) and Emma Jones (founder, Enterprise Nation).

Subjects covered included the 'credit crunch', what old brands we'd like to bring back, and the problem or opportunity of social network use on work computers. The programme also featured an interview with Allan Leighton, chairman of the Royal Mail and former Chief Executive of ASDA.
