The latest programme in the RedPod series came out yesterday, and once again it was fun to record.
In this programme my guests were Victoria Tomlinson, who runs her own PR company, and Colin Coulson-Thomas, the author of a book called 'Developing Directors'.
We talked about how to cope with Inbox overload; whether companies can still succeed by operating in the mid-market, rather than targeting the dirt cheap or ultra-luxurious markets; and what value non-exec directors can bring to small firms.
The programme also featured an interview with Michele Mone, the entrepreneur behind the Ultimo bra.
