I'm guiltier than most of always launching off a new idea or project, and spreading my time and attention too thinly over many things.
Particularly in the current climate, it's focus that will get results.

And I remember you talking about this at the start up show a couple of years ago!
Funnily enough though it's what I have started to do, I've joined The Utility Warehouse as a distributor and become an Area Leader for 4Networking, both really to supplement my business for 4N will bring in more business and UW has a natural affinity with Electrical Concepts.
Having fingers in pies seems to work for quite a few people though and if need be I can drop off of 4N and UW to concentrate on Electrical Concepts!
