Here's a great tool for startups. If you're not quite ready to be able to shell out for Microsoft Office, then Zoho.com might be just what you're looking for.

It's an online office software suite that boasts a word processor, spreadsheet, email client, project management suite, CRM system and much more.

Not only is it compatible with Microsoft Office file formats, there's also a downloadable plugin so that you can store all your documents in Zoho, but edit them in Office if you do have it - ideal for group working when everyone works from home.

Google has also brought its mighty resources into this marketplace with Google Docs and Spreadsheets, but it has nowhere near the power, functionality or versatility of Zoho.

Have a play with Zoho, and you'll be amazed by its power - particularly as it is mostly free, which makes it even more ideal for startups!!
